The AWCD office is in the RM of Brokenhead Municipal Office Building. The spray and larvicide operations work from the RM of Brokenhead maintenance yard site located East of Beausejour. The Weed Supervisor position is a 7 month seasonal position, and seasonal positions consist of a Spray Truck Operator and 2 summer students for larvicide/mowing.

We are a 6-sheet club located in the Beausejour Sportsplex in Beausejour, Manitoba.  Our club includes the Icebreaker Lounge which features a bar with views of all the sheets as well as monitors with overhead views of the houses at both ends.  There is also a lower viewing area that provides ice-level views. We have evening leagues for men, ladies, and mixed teams.  There is drop-in curing every Tuesday morning for those looking for a little fun and exercise as well as a 2-person stick curling league on Thursday afternoons.  Finally, we operate an After-School curling program on Mondays for children in grades 4 to 8. We are also the host facility for the Curling Academy program run by École Edward Schreyer School for kids in grades 9 to 11.

The Beausejour Daylily Gardens are a crown jewel in the community, offering a source of pride and a place of peace and beauty to local residents and tourists alike. Dedicated volunteers (angels) tend the vast gardens that include day lilies, roses, an assortment of perennials and annuals, trees, and grapes. There is public seating, an information area, an arbour, and lovely pathways to explore all the gorgeous flowers. It is a lovely place to take in the sunrise or sunset, and is a fantastic place for aspiring photographers. The Beausejour Daylily Gardens have been recognized internationally as the coldest American Hemerocallis Society (AHS) display garden on the planet, and the only AHS display garden on the Canadian Prairies. The gardens are conveniently located on First Street, directly off of Highway 44.

Broken-Beau Historical Society

Organizational entity for the Brokenhead Beausejour Pioneer Village Museum, hosting the annual Heritage Days in August.

Broken-Beau Pioneer Village Museum

Established in 1967, the Pioneer Village Museum recreates a small rural Manitoba community in the early 1900s. Housed within the grounds is a home, railway station, barbershop, blacksmith shop, school, community hall, and store, just to name a few. most of the pioneers of this region were of Polish, Ukrainian, or German descent, coming from the areas known as Galicia and Volhynia. These pioneers had to face many hardships in carving out the wilderness and learning to adapt to a new way of life. Many artifacts depicting the lifestyle of the early pioneers of the surrounding area are located in these buildings.

Brokenhead Agricultural Society

The Brokenhead Ag Society is a volunteer run not-for-profit group based in the RM of Brokenhead in Manitoba. Common Threads Quilt Group

The Common Threads Quilt Group meets on scheduled evenings in Beausejour, Manitoba. An old fashioned quilting bee meant getting together with neighbours and friends to create a quilt for a couple getting married or a new baby on the way. As a quilt was being made, bonds of friendship would be formed. Since September 2006 a group of ladies have been meeting to teach, learn and share their love of quilting with each other. Everyone is welcome regardless of age and skill level. The group was formed after several local ladies found that they had a common interest when attending the St. James Anglican Church Annual Quilt show. Our goal is to learn from each other and help anyone who wants to learn as well as just have some good old fashioned fun.
